Weekly:
All of the garage floor to be swept with a mechanical sweeper(Only what can be reach by the sweeper)
Monthly:
All garage floor areas are to be hosed down, using a pressure washer.
The water will be removed either by squeegee or wet vacuum pick up.
Twice Yearly:
High ledges, all piping, duct work and other high areas are to be dusted
Air intake grills, air diffusers and metal works to be vacuumed and cleaned
Wash all walls with pressure washer and a degreaser
(ensure no damage to walls, signs and electrical)
